Tweener Time

Looks like 31 is going to be the number of Cobia for the year. Unless I can get some folks to charter some offshore trips the Cobia have left the near shore waters. Big catches of 10 to 20 Cobia have been reported at the Betsy Ross this past week. Tween er right inshore now because the Tarpon have not shown up in any numbers yet. With water temperatures climbing and more and more bait moving inshore it won't be long. No Spanish to speak of but plenty of nice sharks. The Black Tips are busting and are good sport on light tackle. Also spotted some schools of big Jacks cruising the waters of Calibogue Sound this past week, those guys bend a rod. I hope to have some pictures soon.
